The manufacturer warranties this product against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser; proof of purchase is required. This warranty specifically excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper storage, or use in a commercial application. No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is made. In the event of a claim against this warranty, the manufacturer's obligation, and the claimant's sole remedy, shall be replacement of the product, repair, or refund of the original purchase price, at the manufacturer's option. This warranty specifically excludes responsibility for recorded data in any form.

Computer Diskettes / Mini Disc / Video Tape / Audio Tape
These products will be replaced free of charge if found defective in materials or workmanship. Simply send it, postage prepaid, to Memorex Products, Inc. Other than replacement, Memorex Products, Inc. will not be responsible for any damages or losses (including consequential damages) caused by the use or performance of blank media. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you have other rights, which vary from State to State.

Audio/Video Accessories

Laser Lens Cleaner / VHS Head Cleaner (Wet or Dry) / Wet Audio Cassette Cleaner
Memorex Products will replace this product if is found to be defective in materials or workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of original purchase. Other than replacement, Memorex Products will not be responsible for any damages or losses (including consequential damages) caused by use of this product.

Accessories and Keyboards/Mice

Limited 1 Year Warranty: These products will be replaced free of charge if ever found defective in materials or workmanship for up to one year from the date of purchase. Simply send it with proof of purchase, postage prepaid, to Memorex Products. Other than replacement, Memorex Products will not be responsible for any damages or losses (including consequential damages) caused by the use or performance of this product.

USB Flash Drives (TravelDrives)

Limited 1-Year Warranty: Memorex warrants this product against defects for one year from the date of original purchase. Purchaser's exclusive remedy is limited to replacement of any defective product. This warranty applies to the original purchaser, proof of original retail purchase is required. This warranty specifically excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper storage, or use in a commercial application. This warranty applies only to this product and excludes bundled software, connected equipment or data recorded in any form. In no event shall Memorex be responsible for any direct, incidental, consequential or other damages of any kind.

Memorex Products, Inc will replace or repair this product if it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty excludes the bundled software, any connected devices, and data recorded in any form. Product found to be defective within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at Memorex's option.
